INDONESIAN GAMELAN CONCERT
If you have been to either Bali or
Java you will know what Gamelan music is. This evening there is a whole concert
dedicated to it. There will be plenty of Indonesian food, dancers and, of
course, many colourful costumes to see. Tickets available on the door at £10, £8
for students. Location: The Great Hall, Blackheath Halls, 23 Lee Street, SE3.
Nearest train station: Blackheath (go there from Charing Cross, Cannon Street or Waterloo stations in inner London). Directions: take the train to Blackheath, exit station, turn right and walk for about two minutes up the hill and you will see the halls on your left.
