DUTCH ORCHESTRA WITH EXCELLENT VIOLINIST, VADIM REPIN, PLAY MUSIC BY RUSSIAN COMPOSERS

Acclaimed violinist Vadim Repin will play alongside the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra from Amsterdam. Highlights to include excerpts of Prokofiev's "Romeo and Juliet" and Shostakovich's Violin No. 1 Concerto.
 

 

"Three Preludes" by Tristan Keuris will also be played. Tickets range from £10 to £50. Location: Royal Festival Hall, South Bank, London. Tube station: Embankment (Bakerloo, Northern, Circle and District lines).
