June 13 2002, Thursday, 5.45pm for 6pm-9pm

FREE GUIDED TOUR OF LONDON'S BOND STREET, WITH COMPLIMENTARY REFRESHMENTS AND MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT

Join our group of 'How to enjoy London' (hteL) subscribers for a tour of the shops along Bond Street. Yes, this evening is what is known as, "Bond Night" - an three-hour event when shops open their doors to the public while providing a wide range of refreshments and musical entertainment, all for free. There will be plenty of things to view and try, and not just art and clothes! Meeting place: inside Bond Street tube station, beside the ticket machines.

Look out for subscribers holding copies of the latest, buff-coloured 'How to enjoy London (hteL)' brochure. No need to reserve your place, just turn up with friends. Latecomers (i.e. those who arrive after 6pm) can catch up with everyone, as they - excitedly (!) - go from shop to shop, viewing, tasting and trying everything on offer. Tube station: Bond Street (Central and Jubilee lines). http://www.howtoenjoy.co.uk/
