double-bill is Hirokazu Koreeda's "After Life" (1998, 118 mins). It is a
thought-provoking film about what might happen to us, after we "pass away." The
second film, is the more recent and slightly longer, "Warm Water Under a Red
Bridge" (2002, 119 mins).
Directed by Shohei Imamura, it tells the story of a man seeking - and finding, treasure... though is it what he was seeking and what is the surprise that awaits him. Come along and find out. Both in Japanese, with English subtitles. Only £5.50 (£4.50 for students) to see both films. Reservations can be made by ringing the box office on 020 8237 1111.
