SERPENTINE GALLERY SCREENS SATYAJIT RAY'S INDIAN FILM "SHATRANJ KE KHILADI"
As part of a series of Friday evening
film screenings (from France, Germany, India and USA) that are on this month and
the next, you can see "Shatranj ke Khiladi" (The Chess Players) this evening.
The film was directed in 1977 by Satyajit Ray and is 113 minutes long.
The screening is to be introduced by The Guardian's film critic, Derek Malcolm. Admission £5 (concessions: £4). Location: Serpentine Gallery, Kensington Gardens (nearest entrance: Alexandra Gate), London, W2. Tube station: South Kensington (Circle, District and Piccadilly lines).
