It is called "Singalonga", and involves the cinema-going public singing the words of the songs in a film, whilst the film is being shown on the big screen. On this occasion, the film is the "Sound of Music", starring Julie Andrews and a large family of talented singers. Do not let their talents put you off - singers of all levels (including a lot of whom will be dressed in an amazing array of costumes) are needed to fill the 400+ seats in the cinema and help the experience progress.
