March 16 2003, Sunday, 4.45pmCLASSICAL MUSIC BY BACH, BLOCH, BORENSTEIN, ELGAR, DELIBES, MASSENET AND MARCELLO - AS PERFORMED BY TALENTED YOUNG MUSICIANS - AT BORENSTEIN MUSIC FESTIVAL SPRING CONCERTAccording to information, recently received, .'..some of the finest young talent in London' are to appear in a classical music concert this Sunday. Yes, their names are: Eva Arevino (flute); Charlotte Ashley (oboe); Nimrod Borenstein (composer, conductor & director of the Borenstein Music Festival); Natasha Cook (flute); Julietta Demetriades (piano); Maxine Juncker (violin); Philippe Juncker (flute); Sophie Newton (violin); Gemma Sharples (violin) and Helen Thorel (violin). Whilst most of their names might not - yet, ring bells like those of the composers - whose musical pieces they will be playing, they are all highly thought of and, we are led to believe, highly talented.
On this occasion this fine collection of young musicians are to perform in support of the next Borenstein Music Festival, which will take place this coming July. So, if you are free, bring along your friends - especially those that are enthusiastic about classical music - for an enjoyable afternoon concert, on the day before St. Patrick's Day.
