On the silver screen today, you are invited to enjoy two films from the eighties. The first film is Costas Vrettakos' The Children of Helidona / "Ta Paidia tis Helidonas" (1987, 118 mins), which is based on a Haritopoulos novel and tells the story of half a dozen siblings, from the same Greek family.
The second film is Tonia Marketaki's The Price of Love / "I Timi Tis Agapis" (1984, 110 mins) and gives you the chance to see a story of betrayal, love and money, based in Corfu, over a centuary ago. Both films are based on works by authors from "Elliniki" (Greece). The films themselves are in Greek, with English subtitles. Only £5.50 (concessions: £4.50), to see both films.
