DISPLAYS OF PAINTING TECHNIQUES AT "ROYAL INSTITUTE OF PAINTERS IN WATERCOLOURS" EVENT AT MALL GALLERIES

Here is a chance to see members of the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours (RI) displaying their creative painting techniques. The event is being hosted alongside the RI's annual exhibition, which is open daily (10am-5pm) until April 13 2003.
