MATINEE PERFORMANCE OF CLAIRE LUCKHAM'S THEATRICAL PLAY "BLACKBIRD"

Claire Luckham, who wrote "Trafford Tanzi", is having her new play - centred around the story of a refugee - performed at the Southwark Playhouse. It has been on since early June, and the current run is due to finish next Saturday. Today, though, is the only matinee performance of the play, which includes live music (by David Lyon) and singing.
