Come along and discover what owner, Michael Flanagan, recently described as the, .'..simplicity and childlike honesty' of the works produced by artist, Fred Yates. Works produced by the artist include scenes from several European countries: England; France; Italy and Switzerland. For example: "Children Playing in Manchester"; "Fred In His Garden In France"; "La Terrazza, Genoa" and "Winter in Geneva."
Prices range from £900 up to £11,500, which -
as way of example - would allow you to purchase the oils, "The Lookout" (9cm x
13cm) and "Somebody Knows, Somebody Cares" (77cm x 94cm) respectively. When we
visited, on Monday - the exhibition's first day, three of Yates' works had been sold. We
