November 19 2003, Wednesday, 8pmCULT BAND, THE BARRACUDAS - LED BY CANADIAN, JEREMY GLUCK - REUNITE AFTER FINAL CONCERT IN MADRID (ONE DECADE AGO) TO PERFORM 25TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT AT EARL'S COURT'S TROUBADOUR CAFÉ... SAME VENUE AS USED BY DYLAN, HENDRIX, ETC., IN SIXTIESAs you sip your coffee, this evening - at the Troubadour café, in London's Earl's Court - you can also sip and take in the nostalgia that will be taking place around you, as the crowds gather to witness the reunion and 25th anniversary come-back of The Barracudas, a four-man cult band - led by Canadian, Jeremy Gluck, that once shared billing with the likes of The Clash. So, if Franz Schubert's 175th Anniversary Concert - listed above, is not your cup of tea, let your hair down for the pop and punk rock sounds of a band - made up of vocalist, Jeremy Gluck and, on the drums, Jay Posner plus Steve Robinson and Robin Wills, both playing guitars - on their only UK date. After several numbers from the band and a few drinks from the bar you too will be thinking "Fab Four!.".. or maybe, 'Did Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Joni Mitchell and Paul Simon really play here, where I am rockin' and rolling right now?'
Go along, and find out for yourself, at what
promises to be a memorable occasion, after fans had thought the members of the band had
said 'Ole' and 'Adios' to it all back in Madrid, ten years ago. Admission: only £8 - just
think, 'same price as a round of coffees for me - the rocker, and the re-united Fab Four!'

Troubadour Club, Troubadour Cafe, 265 Old Brompton Road, London, SW5. Tube station: Earl's
