Well, this evening - at the same venue, there is an interesting singing and musical event taking place. It is listed in the recently published - and freely available summer programme, produced by the college, as a, "Concert Inspired by Travels in Mongolia" which features two experienced teachers, Michael Ormston and Candida Valentino, entertaining both members and non-members of the college to a concert of Mongolian and Tibetan singing. In addition to this, is the chance to see and hear some unusual instruments, including "gongs." Sounds interesting and enlightening!
And, definitely a must-attend event for all
those who like Asian music, musical instruments, songs, etc.
