ANNUAL MA FINE ART SHOW AT WIMBLEDON SCHOOL OF ART, WITH DRAWN, FILMED, PAINTED & THEATRICAL WORKS ON SHOW BY STUDENTS FROM GREECE, JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, ETC.

Just hours before writing this listing, we attended this year’s MA Fine Art Show titled, "Extension" at the Wimbledon School of Art. Housed in various buildings, numerous works by masters’ students were on show. We met and talked to some of them, including two South Koreans, one Japanese and one Greek. We enjoyed Tae Hyun Suh’s pictures very much, especially her large mixed media on canvas, "The Bright World." Jung Jun Kim is showing a 4-5 minute installation, centred around nature. Kimiyasu Nakamura has a selection of quite technical-looking drawings for you to see.

And Trans-Atlantic traveller, Eleni Thiveou is one of several artists who have done an, "MA Theatre: Visual Language of Performance" course. Her exhibition, of wonderfully arranged costumes, is entitled, "the Journey and… a Wedding Dress…" Go along and discover these artists, works and much, much more.
